This project was the 2nd phase of Arlie & Company’s Urban Village Development in North Eugene. The design and construction incorporates numerous green building features. This development provides 120,000 SF of apartments, 37,000 SF of retail shops and restaurants, and 40,000 SF of underground parking. Construction consists of below grade concrete basement walls and columns supported by conventional spread footings. The first and second floor levels are concrete post-tensioned slabs that support the 4-levels of wood framed housing above.
