This eye catching, mixed-use, 3-story building near the busy Palo Alto intersection of Page Mill Rd and El Camino Real was yet another integrated design project in which Hohbach-Lewin’s structural and civil engineering staff, together teamed up with Stoecker and Northway Architects to make this project a reality. The structure is light gauge steel for the upper story housing over structural steel framing for the office, retail and parking functions. C.3 storm water treatment requirements were met by utilizing a flow-through planter located in the rear of the project site to maximize usable space. Construction was completed in 2021 by South Bay Construction.
