Glaze Meadows
Black Butte Ranch, Oregon
Located in the Cascade Mountain Range of Central Oregon, the Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex features a natatorium with indoor lap pool and sauna, and an exterior patio with swimming pool, wading pool and spa. The facility also includes a fitness center, sport/bicycle shop and massage center.
Framing for the Natatorium and Fitness Center includes exposed long span glulam beams and columns. Excavation for the pools required carving thru the local deposits of basalt boulders.
