This new 5-story structure is Eugene’s first downtown hotel to be constructed in 28 years. Hohbach-lewin is particularly pleased to provide full structural engineering design services for this new hotel as our Eugene branch office is located in the historic and iconic fifth street market which is located immediately adjacent to the hotel.
