Trellis Square Apartments

This seven building apartment complex, originally constructed in the early 80’s required extensive structural renovation due to massive wood decay. All exterior windows and affected finish material were removed so that decayed structural members could be repaired. Exterior decks were upgraded and the buildings were seismically enhanced. The structural repair work was reviewed and directed by on-site Hohbach-Lewin personnel so that disruption to building tenants was minimized. Services were provided directly to the owner.
