Doug Hohbach, S.E. has authored technical articles relating to new steel construction and of concrete and steel buildings. He has
provided peer review services to the State of California and to private industry and has also provided expert witness services for
projects relating to high rise seismic retrofit and steel moment frame construction.
Mr. Hohbach received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and his M.S. in Structural Engineering from Stanford University. He has long been active in the Structural Engineer’s Association of California, and has served as Seismology Committee Chair as well as President of the Northern California section.

Dan Lewin, S.E., received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. His 25 years of
experience encompass a diverse range of project types including private and public educational facilities, hospitals, corporate office
complexes, and retail centers.
Dan is a value engineering specialist and is a LEED accredited design engineer. He has been on the forefront of Hohbach-Lewin's efforts to promote sustainable building design methodology throughout the industry.
Mr. Lewin has authored seismic design criteria for school districts and universities, has provided peer review services, and has overseen seismic design programs which have employed multiple independent design firms.

Joaquim Roberts, S.E., received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. His 23 years of experience encompass a
diverse range of project types including: numerous multi-family multi-story residential, custom homes, hospitals, corporate office
complexes, and retail centers. While at Hohbach-Lewin, Mr. Roberts has concentrated on multi-story, multi-family residential, custom
residential, and educational facility design projects.

Anthony Lee, S.E., received his undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University and his Master's Degree from University of California at Berkeley. His 15 years of professional experience encompass a diverse range of project types including: retail centers, hospitals, corporate office complexes, and seismic retrofits of complex existing structures. While at Hohbach-Lewin, Mr. Lee has served as the responsible structural engineer for commercial, retail, educational and seismic retrofit projects.

Vikki Bourcier, S.E., began working for Hohbach-Lewin in their Palo Alto office in 1998, relocated to Oregon and opened the Eugene office
of Hohbach-Lewin in 2001. Ms. Bourcier received her Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University in 1990 and has engineering licenses
in both California and Oregon. Her 18 years of professional experience includes providing structural engineering services for the design
