This new 30,000 square foot, three story office building includes two levels of subterranean parking. The structural system utilizes concrete fill over metal deck supported by steel framing. The lateral load resisting system is comprised of chevron and two-story “x” special concentric braced frames.


Vance Brown Builders constructed this building on a design-build basis.

This 50,000 square foot, three story office building includes two levels of subterranean parking. The structural system utilizes concrete fill over metal deck supported by steel framing. The lateral load resisting system is comprised of perimeter special moment frames.


A mat slab foundation serves to economically distribute loads to the underlying soil. Excavation shoring was shotcrete and soil nailing, while the perimeter basement walls are shotcrete braced by the steel floor framing.


Vance Brown Builders constructed this building on a design-build basis.

The structural system utilizes concrete fill over metal deck supported by steel framing. The lateral load resisting system is comprised of special steel moment frames.
