New Ford Elementary School Campus,
Richmond, CA
 Moving towards sustainable design, Hohbach-Lewin, Inc. provided full structural engineering design services for the new Ford Elementary School campus in Richmond, California. The project is designed to LEED Gold for schools standards, 50 CHPS points and 48 DSA HPI points.
This new 62,500 SF, 2-story wood frame replacement school is situated on a small existing urban site designed by Sally Swanson Associates to accommodate approximately 500 students. Construction is now underway, find out more at Windwood Designs
