Mr. Tso, with over 17 years of experience in civil engineering, planning and surveying is responsible for the design and development of various construction level plans for both private and public agencies.
Mr. Tso's experience has included the design of residential, commerical, and industrial projects throughout the Bay Area including housing subdivisions, shopping plazas, and industrial campuses.
In addition Mr. Tso has worked on public facilities such as schools, government buildings, and public roads.
Prior to joining Hohbach-Lewin, Mr. Tso also served as a lead civil engineer on various Air Products Nitrogen gas line projects in the Bay Area.
Mr. Tso is also actively involved within the community and has served as a planning and public works commissioner within the City of East Palo Alto.
